Technical Account Manager
Join an amazing ICT Managed Service Provider who's had decades of sustainable growth. Your new company specializes in being the single point of contact for their clients' IT, security, ICT, Communication, Consultancy & Print.
Key Duties:
- Manage the client’s overall journey
- Assist in the management of onboarding and offboarding of clients with provisioning team.
- Understand and assist in the delivery of client’s IT strategy
- Coordinate monthly/quarterly meetings and provide relevant reports
- Maintain client details and build client profile for activity-based hospitality
- Manage client ticket escalations to ensure a timely resolution
- Identify and provide additional sale opportunities within client panel
- Provide additional support and assistance to client base as required
Your skills and experience- 3 years+ experience selling Managed ICT solutions is preferable
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to work and communicate effectively and co-operatively with external and internal parties
- Excellent time management skills with an ability to prioritise
- Delivers an outstanding level of service to client, with a ‘Client First’ mentality
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment
- Ability to solve problems and suggest solutions to client concerns and requests
- Strong presentation and customer service skills
- Warm, engaging, enthusiastic with a positive attitude
